BCD Staff Team

The staff team is divided into three units, each of them charged with a specific function:

• The Administration unit is charged with making executive policy decisions regarding the day-to-day operations of the server, and overseeing the smooth operation of the staff team.
• The Moderation unit is charged with policing the server and enforcing its rules to the best of their ability. They may also make recommendations on server moderation policy.
• The Events unit is charged with conceptualising, organising and facilitating all of the server's events.

The hierarchy of these three units can be imagined as a triangular shape, with the Moderation and Events units forming the base, and the Admin unit above them, connecting the staff team together and leading it. Staff members can be part of multiple units if they wish to take on different duties within the staff.
